On 6 January 2022, the European Union transmitted to the WTO a draft Decision to update the Glossary of common ingredient names for use in cosmetic products. This one is expected to be adopted in the second quarter of 2022.
This Decision shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
